Movement, silence and a shared transition
The retreat brought together yoga, dance, bodywork, voice, nature, community and ritual. The days followed a calm rhythm adapted to the group, with guided practice, shared meals, rest and extended periods of silence.

Il Convento
The place where Aaron grew up, and where the Convento Festival also takes place, became a temporary home for these days. The winter landscape, old rooms and nearby forests and mountains were not merely a backdrop but part of the shared experience.
